Tutoring sessions are delivered online via platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp. After payment, a tutor will contact you within 24 hours to arrange your schedule.

Payments

All tutoring hours must be prepaid through our secure payment providers. We do not process or store card details directly.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details at the time of booking.
• Be available for scheduled sessions.
• Use tutoring support ethically; our services do not guarantee specific grades or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Our tutors provide academic support and guidance, but final responsibility for assignments and exam performance remains with the student. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
