Refund Policy

At TutoringNation.com, we provide digital tutoring services delivered by professional tutors. Because our services are personalized and time-based, our standard policy is to issue credit toward future tutoring hours rather than monetary refunds.

Eligibility

  • Refund or credit requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If tutoring sessions have already been scheduled or delivered, that portion of your package is non-refundable.
  • Approved requests will be issued as a credit balance on your account, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Exceptions (Cash Refunds)

While credits are our standard, cash refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges or accidental double billing.
  • Service not delivered within the promised timeframe (e.g., no tutor assignment within 3 business days of purchase).
  • Where required by applicable consumer protection laws or card network rules (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

How to Request

To request a refund or account credit, please contact us at support@tutoringnation.com with your order details.

Approved credits will be applied to your account within 48 hours. In the case of cash refunds (exceptions noted above), funds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Digital Services

As we provide digital, non-tangible services, there are no shipping or return costs. This policy applies only to tutoring hours purchased through our website.
